Music industry wunderkind Pharrell Williams hopes his home makes someone else as “Happy” as it made him. The producer, rapper, designer and winning judge on NBC’s hit talent show “The Voice” has listed his singularly unique condo in Miami for sale.
The 3-story, 9080-square-foot condo is direct reflection of the multi-talented artist’s playfully refined sensibilities. With 30-foot ceilings, a translucent dome and 360-degree views of both the city and the ocean, the residence occupies the 40th floor of the Bristol Tower, and boasts and additional 5000 square feet of outdoor space, including a private pool.
Visitors to Pharrell’s Miami wonderland condo have been treated to what amounts to a private showing in a carefully curated gallery that specializes in Pop Art. His collection includes pieces by Takashi Murakami, Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, plus an assortment of the artist’s signature line of Louis Vuitton luggage.
The penthouse condo, which originally listed for $16.8M is now re-entering the market at a cool $10.99M.
